LynL D’Realtor is wholly owned by Lyn Lim Lay Pin. LynL has more than fifteen years of marketing medium to high-end properties, landed and subdivided, developed by her employers, Taimima Sdn Bhd and AP Land Berhad. Retrenched from AP Land due to the 1998 Financial Crisis, a blessing in disguise, with no hesitation, LynL took up the Real Estate Agency Courses (Certificate and Diploma). Candidates had to sit a total of twelve papers, six for the Certificate Course, another six for the Diploma’s. To proceed to the Diploma stage, we had to pass all the six papers for the Certificate Course. The passing rate then was so low, many had given up mid-way. Those remaining were far and few in between. I had to home study for the Diploma Examination as there was no school nor institution conducting the diploma course. It took me about 8 years to finally obtain the Authority to Practice (ATP) Real Estate Agency from the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers.

Another tough decision was to work for an estate agency OR operate my own. The decision then was to operate my own agency and that gave birth to LynL D’Realtor on 10th July 2010.

Holder of the “ABE-UK” advance diploma specializing in marketing, supported with ample years of job training and experience in real estate marketing have given LynL considerable knowledge, insight and a good feel of the property environment and competition. LynL D’Realtor is supported by a Team of 20-Dynamic Real Estate Negotiators.
